These homes are aggregated on a fee basis, for a client who holds the properties in their investment portfolio, marketed as turnkey assets. Includes operations infrastructure complete with office for institutional clients. 

Large scale fix & flip program of over 40 homes in multiple markets across the country (Detroit, Cleveland, Atlanta, Florida).This includes full renovations and in some cases, expansion of existing floor plans. 

Joint Venture for build to rent development projects and construction which includes identification of distressed land, facilitation of acquisition, management of construction, and establishment of property management team and processes.
